Our staff functions as a team with a shift manager, bartenders and event staff collaborating on all opening and closing responsibilities in addition to what is required for operation during business hours. We often promote from within to bartending positions and even shift managers.

Applicants must be available to work weekends (Thursday, Friday or Saturday), even though they may not be scheduled every weekend. All positions are currently part time through the academic year.

We are currently hiring for two positions:

"Event Staff" - this position checks ID or collects cover charge at the door, provides supervision of bar areas open to the public & assists with bar backing. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age or older to apply for this position, they must be physically able to lift trash into dumpsters or cases of beer or spirits from one location to another. Staff is paid hourly starting at $12 an hour plus tips.
"Bartenders" - this position is expected to verify age when serving alcohol, set up and break down the bar, know the product menu and drive sales through efficient service. Prior bartending experience is preferred to be hired directly into this position and food service experience is a plus. Applicants must be 21 years of age or older to apply for this position. Staff is paid hourly starting at $6 an hour plus tips.
